Job Description

The Opportunity:

The Assistant Director is responsible for responding to graduate and transfer student’s inquiries, staying current on University programs, financial aid, international admissions standards, and policies, assisting in recruitment by creating relationships with international consultants and college counselors, maintaining continuous contact with prospective students during the admissions process, and staying current on the aviation industry and campus news that could impact the prospective student. This position will also be responsible for maintaining the accuracy of prospective transfer students’ data in the Transfer Portal and the CRM and providing course equivalency determinations in partnership with the Office of the Registrar.

Reporting to the Associate Director of Graduate and Transfer Admissions, the Assistant Director is expected to do the subsequent tasks to better serve incoming graduate and transfer students.
