Data Engineer

Description:

• Proven ability in, and hands-on experience with, all phases of ETL development, implementation and maintenance;
• Ability to build and implement processes that support data transformation, workload management, data structures, dependency, and metadata;
• Ability to build and optimize data sets, big data pipelines, and architectures;
• Excellent analytics skills associated with working on unstructured datasets;
• Demonstrated understanding and experience using data warehouse software and tools such as Azure, AWS, and Snowflake, as well as big data tools, relational NoSQL and SQL databases, and workflow management and pipeline tools;
• Expertise in statistical/stimulation/optimization programming languages and packages such as Java, Python, SQL, C++, and C#;
• Proven ability in statistical analyses and data mining with technical expertise;
• Experience in identifying and leveraging multiple internal and external data sets to validate data queries and reports;
• Experience in reporting and visualizing data of varying degrees of complexity; Hands-on experience with Power BI, SSRS, and Crystal Reports;
