The Financial Planning and Analysis (FP&A) division is seeking a Financial Analyst IV โ€“ FP&A to join the team. This position will prepare and analyze financial performance data to monitor variances, identify trends and provide improvement recommendations.

This position requires an in-depth financial knowledge as the candidate selected will serve as Subject Matter Expert (SME) on key projects, requires very strong analytical and communication skills, and will utilize FP&A concepts such as forecasting and predictive modeling to identify root causes to improve forecasting accuracy and monitor accuracy and predictive validity of existing models. Knowledge of advanced statistical, mathematical, and market research techniques is utilized to predict future outcomes for planning purposes.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Finance or related field

  • 5+ years in FP&A, Finance, Accounting, or similar field, including work with financial forecasting, data modeling or data science

  • Must meet minimum standards for grade 66 to be eligible for promotion to this grade
