Production Coordinator

Skydance Animation is seeking a Production Coordinator to support our Head of Production. This person will be responsible for various administrative tasks including calendaring, external and internal communications, travel assistance, and maintaining reports. They will also help with the day-to-day operations of a growing animation studio by becoming an integral team member that furthers the company’s culture and bridges communication between three studio locations.

A successful candidate has strong organizational and time management skills, is a great collaborator, a friendly information source, has excellent attention to detail and follow-through, the ability to handle multiple independent tasks, and a proactiveness to problem solve.
