Product Manager - Dispensers

Lead the development & implementation of the vision and commercial strategy for the Dispenser portfolio.

Balance the needs of our customers and our Commercial, R&D, Operations & Executive Committee for Dispenser products.

Identify and own resolution of key items preventing current and future product success.

Leadership Tasks:

• Lead Innovation projects for Dispensers, or as assigned by management, from Concept (CDP) to Launch
• Execute Dispenser market research activities through customer and end user interaction to identify and anticipate market trends, risks and opportunities
• Lead channel to market strategy, direct versus distributor. Lead the assessment and execution of market driven new product and services opportunities

Functional Tasks:

• Support the Dispenser five year strategy and setting of annual breakthrough objectives
• Establish and maintain competitive landscape and develop sell-against strategies for increased share and protection of core business
• Deliver input for product innovation and development. Prioritize best bets that support short and long term growth objectives and unmet market needs.
• Collaborate with Marketing & Sales on product launches and promotional campaigns
• Own development of Pricing and Positioning strategies and analysis with Sales, Marketing and Channel partners
• Monitor, report and manage financial health and profitable growth of Dispenser product portfolio

Additional Tasks:

• Deliver training rhythm on product, application and together with Marketing, provide sales tools and coach value-selling to the commercial team.
• Champion Sustainability, product safety, and technical regulatory compliance.
• As assigned by Head of Product Management.

Requirements

• 3+ years in Product Management experience or relevant field
• B.S. in Business or Marketing
