TikTok Specialist

Who are we seeking:
We're seeking a TikTok Specialist, Creator and Influencer Coordinator to join AVAM Lingerie. The ideal candidate has strong experience in TikTok Strategy, Creator, Ads and influencer marketing. Someone who expertly navigates TikTok trends, and excels in communication and negotiation. With creativity and analytical skills, they'll shape our online presence, foster influencer collaborations, and significantly grow our customer base and hopefully go viral.

What will you do:

• Oversee the strategy, creation, execution, and optimization of TikTok Shop advertising campaigns whose profile aligns with AVAM values, aesthetics, and target demographic.
• Act as the primary point of contact for TikTok, responding to DM and inquiries to ensure they receive adequate communication and support.
• Manage, organize and prepare content for TikTok and marketing campaigns

Requirements

Hard skill:

• Extensive experience with TikTok advertising and campaign management, and digital marketing ideally in the fashion/retail industry.
• Strong understanding of TikTok’s algorithm, best practices, and emerging trends.
• Analytically proficiency to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
• Advance skills in photo and video editing, creating TikTok will be a significant advantage
• Strong understanding of TikTok strategy and content creation, with the ability to assess and grow following organically
• US base only

Soft skill:

• Excellent communication skills with the strong ability to negotiate effectively.
• Proven ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment, adaptable with high energy
• Independant, motivated, takes initiative and is highly result-driven
