Production Assistant

• Be responsible for the creative content production of videos, radio commercials, and TV commercials for our EU-wide brands
• Take full ownership of video productions from inception to execution, managing the process along the way while ensuring the work is of the highest standard, delivered on time and within budget
• Some responsibilities include defining project timelines, creating and managing budgets, organizing crew, actors, locations, equipment, catering etc, and overseeing post-production.
• Track and troubleshoot problems throughout the production and post-production cycle
• Manage negotiations with external vendors, such as rentals, crew, talents and location rentals
• Supervise and mentor intern and junior team members as required

Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in similar roles
• Proactive, self-starter with an understanding of Videography and, ideally, a university degree in a related field
• Ability to adjust quickly to schedule and creative changes within a tight deadline
• Attention to detail, strong organizational skills, structured way of working, and excellent written and verbal communication
• Knowledge of Google Workplace and Adobe Suite, Premiere ...
