Public Affairs and Sustainability Intern

• Assist in preparation and generation of documents
• Conduct extensive research and create reports, as needed
• Create key visual communications content
• Maintain connections among key stakeholders
• Support for implementation and management of Public Affairs, CSR and Sustainability projects
• Coordination with internal and external stakeholders
• Support in the drafting and publication and distribution of reports
• Perform duties as may be assigned by the CSR & Sustainability Specialist

Requirements

• Current student taking a Bachelor's in Mass Communications, Marketing, Political Science or Public Relations Major
• Can render atleast 300+ hours as an academic requirement
• Strong verbal and written communications
• Experience in events/ project management through school organizations
• Highly organized, can work independently in a fast paced environment
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications and Google Suite
• Government networked, public sector engagement, and policy awareness is preferred
• Knowledge in graphic design (Canva and Adobe Photoshop) is a plus
