Program Overview

The Transaction Banking Graduate Trainee (GT) programs are developed for specific business divisions and are uniquely tailored in collaboration with business leaders. The GT programs serve to develop subject matter experts within their selected divisions, with the aim of creating a holistic young banker at the end of each program.

Eligibility

• Fresh graduates with a minimum CGPA 3.2 or 2nd Class Upper and its equivalent
• Malaysian citizen only
• Other factors for consideration during interview process include examples of :
  • Driving for results
  • Consistency in performance
  • Seeking win-win relationships
  • Demonstrating courage and humility
  • Taking ownership and make things happen
  • Leadership demonstrated through extra-curricular activities
