JOB DESCRIPTION
Visa’s Talent Acquisition team is seeking a Director, Global Executive Talent Acquisition Research Leader to join our diverse and industry leading Executive Talent Acquisition (ETA) team. The ETA Research Leader will successfully lead a global team of executive recruiting researchers/sourcers/talent scouts and will play an essential role in driving overall company growth via advanced talent research, identification, attraction, sourcing and engagement of Vice President and Senior Vice President executive leadership.
Essential Functions
Leadership and Team Management:
- Must be an inspirational, innovative, uplifting and collaborative leader with a proven track record of accomplishments and impact in executive recruiting.
- Demonstrated success in managing and leading a team of executive sourcing professionals while also adding value as a member of the ETA global leadership team.
- Proven ability to thrive in matrixed organizational structures, bringing clarity and direction to the team.
