Get to know the role:

Strategy & Planning: Collaborate with Strategy and Planning lead to develop overall commercial strategies, focused on enhancing metrics related to monetization of partners, improving business performance of merchants, and improving merchant loyalty to and engagement with Grab. This involves translating and localizing regional strategies, creating monitoring systems to understand merchants better, creating frameworks to address business challenges, making data-driven recommendations, and formulating execution plans.

Day to Day Activities:

• New Business: Support to develop new business from market opportunities and manage the end-to-end process from market research and business planning to actual set-up
• Project Management: Work on a broad set of projects ranging from new business, organization design implementation, and operational improvement initiatives. Drive and manage cross-functional projects that serve stakeholders across departments and verticals
