Human Resource Executive

1. Training and Development:

• Develop and conduct training programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
• Assess training needs and effectiveness through feedback and evaluations.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with company standards.

2. Automation Management:

• To automate HR functions like foreign worker management and e-training.
• Implement and configure HR automation tools and systems.
• Monitor performance and optimize automated processes.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in training, automation, or a similar role is advantageous. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
• Familiarity with automation tools is a plus.
