IT Business Partner/ Solution Consultant

- Lead and support as IT Business Partners and for local/regional demands with no standard solutions;
- Support local application demands & implementation as a technical consultant;
- Team player, collaborate with team members in Shanghai, group members in Hongkong and Taiwan locations with a bigger view of business success;
- Support consulting & enabling following Service Framework in BD PA-SL in responsible service areas, eg. local application,
- Support CN level business target like OKR, audit support, Pilot/ Rollout activities and internal customers' projects following Bosch guidelines, processes and requirements.

Requirements

- 3+ years work experience in IT application project/ operation team with expert knowledge understanding application lifecycle and experienced with application manager's tasks & responsibilities;
- 1+ year work experience with expert level in RPA (AA, Python) and Microsoft Power Platform applications;
- Azure Cloud experience, API management, Gen-AI experience is a PLUS;
- Team player, open to share and collaborate with good communication and presentation skill in Chinese & English;
- Bachelor's degree or higher (information technology preferred);
