We are a cross-functional team (encompassing product, design, and engineering) that develop well-crafted software using Angular and .NET Core frameworks. We speak cloud - and Azure is our language. The environment is Agile and we focus on building high-quality, secure and innovative SaaS services. More than that, we are a bunch of friendly individuals that have created a culture in which we always help and support each other.

Know the project

We have developed a multi-product platform which facilitates seamless onboarding to various security software solutions while also providing a mechanism to measure their impact. Now we’re scaling up on this success and intend to apply the same winning formula to ensure that Visma solutions adhere to best practices, so Hubble and Index, the two products that our platform is centered around, will extend their coverage beyond security, encompassing areas such as legal and product development, including Product Discovery, AI and more. We’ve built our apps on the foundation of gamification, with a strategic focus on behaviour change. Our plan is to evolve these principles into a powerful steering tool for decision-making within Visma.

To continue our success story, we're looking for a Business Analyst to become part of our team. We are looking for someone who will collaborate with various stakeholders to gather and analyse business requirements, translate them into detailed specifications, and recommend solutions that deliver value to stakeholders.

Skill Set:

• Proven track record as a Business Analyst
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy
• Ability to translate business requirements into clear and concise user stories and functional specifications
• Foundational understanding of testing processes
• Proficiency in utilising Jira, Confluence or similar project management tools
• Skill in articulating technical concepts clearly to audiences without technical expertise
• Experience with Agile methodologies
• Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) principles
• Basic understanding of APIs, various front-end components (like UI elements), and a basic grasp of infrastructure
• SQL knowledge and basic understanding of security principles would be considered a plus.
