Job responsibilities

• Act as SME providing end-end support on Comp Committee and Board related TR inputs wrt bonus, Sales Incentive plan and LTI.
• Responsible to facilitate and own the annual LTI nomination and grant process end - end ( budgets, nominations with senior leaders, training content, board sign offs) .
