AI Technical Content & DevRel Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic and driven developer relations specialist to join our team. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, are deep into the AI rabbit-hole and have a knack for crafting compelling technical content, we want to hear from you!

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Strategy Development: Design and implement multi-channel technical content strategies focused on establishing Ema’s thought leadership in the AI space.
• Technical Content Creation: Complete ownership of creating high-quality articles, blog-posts and other content that resonate with our audience and align with our brand voice. Content would be deeply technical and center around latest-and-greatest developments in the Agentic AI world and work done by Ema.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the product, design, research and development teams to gather inputs needed for a finished product and ensure that all marketing efforts are aligned with our overall business goals.
• Rapid Execution: Execute quickly and efficiently, adapting to new challenges and opportunities with agility.
• Continuous Learning: Stay up-to-date with the latest AI trends and research alongside remaining abreast with the latest breakthroughs made within Ema.

Qualifications:

• Experience: 5+ years of experience with technical content creation and managing developer relations with large enterprise scale channel/implementation partners
• Skills:
  • Proven track record of developing and establishing technical thought leadership
  • Exceptional writing skills with the ability to create engaging content - blogs, whitepapers, podcasts, social media, webinars, etc.
  • Historical experience writing content on the AI space
  • Technical understanding of AI/Agentic AI and ability to interpret latest research
  • Experience leading Developer relations, preferably with large enterprise scale implementation partners / GSIs - building training materials, running trainings & upskilling courses
  • Experience partnering with Channel Partners / GSIs to co-develop and distribute engaging technical marketing content
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Engineering / Technical background preferred
