It aims to strengthen the bonds between the creative industries, businesses, government, and non-profits. In 2021, the TLF granted $1 million to small and large causes all over the globe. The goal in 2023 is to grant $5 million. Community charities are championed by employees, who in addition to the financial donation, volunteer their time and skills to leverage effectiveness.

Role Overview

We are seeking a forward-thinking Senior .NET Developer to join our expanding and dynamic team. This role involves working alongside other digital developers and creative technologists to develop innovative solutions, websites, mobile applications, and e-campaigns that surprise and delight users using cutting-edge development techniques and methods.

You will demonstrate your ability to create complex solutions and understand how to architect development solutions that uphold the initial vision and deliver business benefits. You should be eager to stay at the cutting edge of technology and development practices, continuously striving for excellence.

Key responsibilities and tasks

Strategic Development: Consider development beyond the brief to include commercial aspects and business value.

Standards and Evolution: Work closely with the Creative Director and other developers to maintain and evolve the agency’s development standards.

Creative Excellence: Develop designs to a high creative standard, collaborating with other delivery functions.

Full Stack Expertise: Engage in full stack development with Sitecore XP version 10+ (.NET/C#), integrating third-party APIs, and front-end technologies like HTML, JavaScript, SCSS/Tailwind.

Azure Services: Utilize Azure services such as Azure SQL, Azure Search, and Azure OpenAI when beneficial.

Attention to Detail: Ensure high accuracy and detail in all code deliverables.

Innovation and Exploration: Stay updated with the latest techniques and technologies, offering innovative solutions to development requirements.

Maintainable Solutions: Develop scalable, maintainable solutions and reusable assets (blueprint products).

Team Leadership: Inspire and encourage excellence within the development and design teams.

Continuous Improvement: Record and share lessons learned to facilitate ongoing improvement.

Current Architecture: Ensure development architecture is up-to-date and repositories are well-maintained.

Qualifications and Skills

Experience: 3+ years of C# / ASP.NET Development experience (MVC).

CMS Expertise: 2+ years of Sitecore CMS Development experience, preferably on Sitecore XP version 10+.

API Integration: Experience integrating third-party APIs.

Front-End Proficiency: Experience with HTML, JavaScript, SCSS/Tailwind.

Azure Services: Experience using Azure services (e.g., Azure SQL, Azure Search, Azure OpenAI) is beneficial.

Technical Skills: Competent across Microsoft Visual Studio.

Development Methodologies: Knowledge of Agile and Waterfall development methodologies.

Sys Admin Knowledge: Understanding of sys admin and server management, including hosting architectures and IIS.

Soft Skills: Strong communication skills, written and verbal, with a proactive approach and a passion for digital.

Leadership: Proven ability to lead and mentor junior developers.

Attributes: Well-organized, detail-driven, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic and ambition.

Additionally, you're someone that can successfully utilize HTML/CSS3/SCSS to support responsive design, progressive enhancement, SEO best practices, W3C, and accessibility standards across desktop and mobile web.
