Sr. Machine Learning Engineer

What you'll do

• Contribute to our product development by working end-to-end from data exploration, creating data pipeline, generating insights/features, building ML models to deploying them
• Work closely with data scientists, data engineers to build and deploy machine learning models
• Work closely with full-stack engineers to ensure your models are optimally used by the end users
• Work with the leadership to set the standards for software engineering practices within the machine learning engineering team and support across other disciplines

Who you are

• Master's degree in Computer Science or related field with research in machine learning
• Enjoys deriving insights from ML models, building explainable ML models and not just black box algorithms
• Knows how to deploy models so they are useful for cross-functional teams
• Comfortable with deploying data/code to the cloud (GCP preferred)
• 4+ years of professional experience using Python required and takes pride in writing clean, well-documented code
• Excited about data exploration (in BigQuery/Jupyter notebooks/SQL) as well as building models and setting up data/ML pipelines
• Ability to use SQL to derive quick insights from databases
• Understands the best practices of collaborative coding using tools like Git, CI/CD
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities
• Ability to manage evolving deadlines and strong communication skills to share changes across various stakeholders
• 3+ years of industry experience in data science/ML
