About the Role

The Trust & Safety Specialist is a self-starter who possesses strong communication and digital skills to join our growing Employer Profiles team. Our teammate will possess excellent internet research abilities and be comfortable navigating business websites.

What You’ll Do

Key Responsibilities :

  • Curate and maintain our database of employer profiles, through product and research application.
  • Analyze and respond to inquiries from our members, employers, clients and internal sales teams via online customer service platform.
  • Cross train to support multiple teams.

Specific Hiring Characteristics/Targets:

  • Analytical, rational, logical, and ambitious problem solver
  • Strong internet research skills and comfort navigating online business resources
  • Solid understanding of business structures and company hierarchies
  • Shown technical skills with online applications such as Google Docs/Google Suite
  • Experience or interest in online customer service
  • Confidence to use good judgment and make proven business decisions in ambiguous situations
