Project Manager

Overview: The project manager is responsible for the preparation, planning, and execution of residential (and commercial when required) installation of stone veneer and masonry projects for their assigned portfolio. This is a customer-facing role with a strong emphasis on customer service and relationships. Project managers are the primary drivers of quality and timeliness of primarily new construction projects in the residential space, as well as repair and remodel where applicable.

Responsibilities:

• Own a portfolio of all residential stone installation and masonry work within assigned area including new residential construction and repair/remodel​
• Leads efforts to deliver on-time and in-full completion of installation jobs​
• Accountable to deliver on goals for the portfolio including support of strategic projects, as well as demonstrate commitment to safety and compliance within the area while accomplishing operational KPIs and metrics​
• Responsible for managing and recruiting teams of sub-contractors and internal masonry employees to complete jobs
