Performance Analyst

About the job

We are seeking a highly analytical and customer-focused Performance Analyst to enhance our customer approval rates and overall user experience. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying issues in the customer journey, analysing data, and implementing solutions to increase approval rates and reduce user drop-off.

As our Performance Analyst, you will have these main responsibilities:

• Ensuring customer journey success by continuously monitoring and improving the user experience
• Investigating and identifying issues related to customer approvals through data analysis and user feedback
• Developing and implementing strategies to increase approval rates across all customer touchpoints
• Analysing data, user journeys, heat maps and other relevant metrics to understand why users are dropping off or experiencing bugs
• Drawing conclusions about the root causes of low approval rates and proposing actionable solutions
• Working closely with our Tech team to resolve issues impacting approval rates and user experience
