Telesales Associate

We are growing our business in Finland and are looking for Telesales Associate. Wolt’s Sales team is responsible for partner acquisition, product sales and expanding to new potential operational areas within Finland.

Day-to-day you will own and manage all stages of your sales funnel from establishing first contact to negotiation terms and conditions, and getting a signature. You will be contacting and negotiating with merchants over the phone and with email all over the country. Additionally, you’ll be helping our Sales Managers with ad hoc tasks. Your manager will provide training and coaching, and we expect that high-performing Sales Associates will follow a career path to become Sales Managers or Account Managers over time. Previous experience in sales is preferred, but your motivation and interest in learning sales is most important!

What you’ll be doing

• Contacting merchants over the phone and via email.
• Prospecting and handling leads, selling and promoting various Wolt’s products.
• Negotiating commercial terms with merchants, creating and sending contracts.
• Assisting the team with other ad-hoc tasks.

Requirements

• This is an entry level sales position, however, some demonstrable experience from a sales or customer service focused role is preferred
• You are a quick learner who is not afraid to spread their wings and fly
• Excellent communication skills - you will be working with a lot of different people
• You have a can-do attitude and are ready to roll up your sleeves and get to work in a fast-paced environment
• Experience from within the restaurant or retail industry is a plus
• Fluent in Finnish and English, other languages are seen as a plus
