Smartrr is looking for a developer with strong problem-solving skills to help diagnose and resolve technical issues of moderate complexity for Smartrr’s Customer Support team. This will include helping with onboarding tasks and remediating issues for current customers. You will work directly with both the Engineering and Customer Support teams to deliver “white glove service” to prospective and current customers.
