About the Customer delivery team

Our Customer Delivery team is preparing for global roll-out of our product. Whilst we scale our delivery teams in different geographies to broaden our impact, the need for processes and structure in our operations has become a core attention point to smoothen this evolution. You will be be in a position and at a timing where you play a key factor of enablement in bringing our product to it’s end users by optimising processes and managing our teams operations. Being at the forefront of this growth will allow you to grow with the team and personally develop your skills and expertise along with the challenges and opportunities that we will face during our growth phase.

Where and how you’d work

This role is currently an Office -Mix Hybrid role. This means you would chat with your leader and team for the number of day you need to be together to collaborate and achieve outcomes in close proximity. This is often 1 - 2 days a week. The other days you have flexibility.

What you'll do in your first 6- 12 months

• You will take charge of managing the delivery team's core operations, including financial processes, resource management, and providing support to project managers and the delivery lead in overseeing projects and team management.
• Core processes are streamlined and documented and supplemented with reusable templates. You work together with the customer delivery team and other teams to improve ways of working
• Operations are turned into efficient business processes through automation and data-driven decision making

• Apply your expertise in data processing, SQL, and spreadsheet wizardry to drive data-informed decisions.
• You use your ability to communicate effectively with different teams and leadership to ensure smooth collaboration and successful outcomes.
• Strong capability to work collaboratively with diverse teams, coordinating actions, and driving outcomes aligned with strategic goals.
