Quality Assurance Specialist

• Pest control activities follow up
• Auditing the process for ensuring the compliance to the procedures and standards
• Supporting the operation via conducting trials, investigating the root causes of the non-compliance
• Following nonconformity and deviations according to quality control results
• Conduct internal audits for QMS and FSMS
• Participating in the customer surveys
• Assure the compliance of the product/RM with the specs
• Blockage and deblock age of products and raw material according to the specs
• Participating in the customer satisfaction surveys
• Assure the compliance of the product/RM with the specs
• Follow up the implementation of food safety & Hygiene
• Implementing the protocols for new trials
• To manage new raw material approval process of quality side

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in a quality management/assurance role
• Strong individual and group project management skills
• Investigative skills and familiarity with navigating standard operating procedures and database tools
• Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, to excel in interpersonal interactions, feedback delivery, and assessing agent performance and trends
