Account Support

Salary: Up to £26000 per annum, dependent on experience and location, with a 37.5/40-hour workweek and overtime opportunities. We offer the chance to progress in your role!

About Us:

Tersus Consultancy, the largest asbestos consultancy in the UK, are securing numerous exciting projects nationally, this means we need a detail oriented account support to assist our account managers in their busy role.

What will you be doing?

· Dive into the action by helping our Account Managers maintain customer accounts, ensuring smooth sailing for our clients

· Handle client communications, responding promptly and professionally to inquiries

· Work closely with internal teams to tackle customer requests and troubleshoot any issues that arise, ensuring our clients receive top-notch service every time

· Maintain meticulous records of client interactions and transactions, ensuring nothing slips through the cracks

· Assist in the creation of reports and presentations for client meetings

· Collaborate with our sales team to spot potential areas for account growth, ensuring our clients are always getting the best we have to offer

Requirements

What do you need?

· Previous experience in an administrative or customer support role

· Communication and interpersonal skills are essential

· Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)

· Exceptional organisational and time-management skills are key to staying on top of tasks

· Ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment

· Experience with CRM software (e.g., Salesforce) would be a fantastic addition to your skill set
