OFF PREMISE CRM SYSTEMS AND TOOLS

  • New Zealand key user of sales systems, apps, and tools and the Red Bull HQ single point of contact for the data and systems team.
  • Master data owner and gatekeeper to ensure clean and enhanced data flows into all CRM tools.
  • Own and maintain Red Bull applications used by the field team, acting as the primary support for resolving any bugs or issues.

SALES PERFORMANCE EVALUATION, RECORDING AND REPORTING

  • Lead the implementation and maintenance of the field team’s quarterly KPI structure, connected to individual A’s & T’s and strategic business goals.
  • Evaluate the performance of field sales representatives by analyzing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and identifying areas of opportunity.
  • Regularly conduct audits to ensure consistency with Perfect Store standards and in-field execution.
  • Ensure timely adherence to and completion of reporting requirements; collate and submit weekly reports to the National Field Sales & Distribution Partner Manager (NFSDPM).

RESOURCE CAPACITY PLANNING & PRODUCTIVITY

  • Maintain quarterly plans through the Field Sales Coverage Tool.
  • Collaborate with Account Managers to collate and clarify requests for regular or ad hoc field execution.
  • Drive ROI of field resources by providing recommendations on the deployment of resources to maximize account activity and opportunities in all channels, with the appropriate resource at a micro level.

DATA ANALYSIS, TRAINING AND SUPPORT

  • Collect and analyze sales data, market trends, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth.
  • Utilize data analytics tools to generate reports and dashboards for the field sales team and management.
  • Use Dunnhumby and Circana to support the field team in creating JBP decks and store planograms.

DEPLETIONS DATA

  • Maintain a monthly Distributor Data Matrix to measure data receipt from distributors.
  • Facilitate data formatting as required by Depletions CRM data formats.
  • Execute duplication and customer segmentation maintenance.

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

  • Facilitate the creation and execution of initiatives with key internal and external stakeholders.
  • Liaise with merchandising and POS management providers on the delivery of day-to-day projects, as well as key activations and initiatives.

Requirements

  • Ability to interpret data, collate relevant information and present in a meaningful report.
  • Adaptable to new environments and learns new skills quickly.
  • Analytical skills to identify trends and opportunities in data and translates them into meaningful sales/ productivity initiatives.
  • Excellent time management and organisation skills.
  • Ability to manage a varied and complex agenda daily and deliver against tight deadlines.
