Senior Integrations Analyst - API

The Opportunity

Cint seeks a Integration Analyst for our Demand Integrations Team, reporting directly into our regional lead. This is a junior role, supporting the individual regional teams and their customers while having the responsibility for a small, individual portfolio of customers.

The Demand Integrations team's mission is to deliver deep technical expertise and custom software engineering solutions to develop automated workflows for partners via API integrations.

As Senior Analyst in the Demand Integrations team, you will support a set of existing customers and the onboarding of new customers and ensuring that their integration is done quickly and successfully. You will also be responsible for a smaller subset of customers, their health and growth metrics and any interaction with them.

Important metrics for every Senior Analyst are the health of the customer’s integration, the growth of the customer and the speed to launch for every new customer.

The Senior Analyst works closely with the Integration Consultants, Customer Success Team and the Account Management. On the technical side, we provide feedback to our internal tech and product teams about customer feedbac...
