Data Engineer/Developer/AI Expert

LAC Federal is looking for a Data Engineer/Developer/AI Expert to develop and apply technological solutions for a critical collection discoverability project at a world-class institution. The Data Engineer/Developer/AI Expert will leverage AI and emerging technologies to streamline the discoverability process.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Identify, test, and implement technological solutions to process unprocessed materials.
• Develop new workflows and tools using AI and other emerging technologies.
• Collaborate with Catalogers, Metadata Specialists, and other team members to ensure seamless integration of technological solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in data engineering, software development, and AI applications.
• Knowledge of emerging technologies and their application in cataloging and metadata creation.
• Ability to develop and implement technology-based workflows.
