Your Impact at Ascend Analytics
As an IT Support Specialist, you will support Ascend day-to-day operations, both local and remote, including direct support for individual employees and their workstations in Windows and Microsoft Office environments as well as IT help desk issues. We are seeking talented individuals with the flexibility to juggle many tasks at once and triage issues as they arise. We are looking for a team player that is also comfortable working on their own on projects and issues when needed.
