Title : Business Analyst Location : Harrisburg, PA 17110 Hybrid; MUST report to Harrisburg 3 days a week
Job Summary: The incumbent Business Analyst will play a pivotal role in addressing identified issues within the Office of Vocational Rehabilitation’s (OVR) data management system in the Client Workforce Development System . This position involves developing solutions, creating an overall plan, and building necessary reports. The primary focus areas include improving data management practices, tracking Measurable Skills Gains (MSG), and Credential Attainment. Additionally, the Business Analyst will work on integrating the Pre-ETS (Pre-Employment Transition Services) system with the existing VR system.
Responsibilities:
1.Data Solutions Development:
o Collaborate closely with the OVR team to assess the current state of data management and reporting in CWDS.
o Develop a comprehensive plan to address identified issues and enhance data management practices.
o Propose solutions to streamline processes and improve accuracy.
2.Reporting and Analysis:
o Create standard and ad hoc reports based on OVR’s reporting needs.
