About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Head of Lending to lead our lending operations and drive the growth of our loan portfolio. As the Head of Lending, you will be responsible for developing and implementing lending strategies, ensuring risk management practices are in place, and optimizing the lending process for efficiency and customer experience. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify market opportunities, enhance credit policies, and drive innovation in our lending products.

Requirements

• 10+ years of experience in lending operations or a related field
• Demonstrated expertise in developing and implementing lending strategies
• Strong understanding of risk management and credit underwriting practices
• Track record of driving growth and managing loan portfolios
• Experience in fintech or lending startups is a plus
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or a related field
