The Factory Solution Developer Manager is a technical manager with the ability to qualify technical requirements for custom applications/portals/workspaces for level of complexity and effort. Ideal candidates for this role will have spent time as a ServiceNow application developer and have a good understanding of the platform capabilities. The Factory is a hybrid team that straddles the worlds of ServiceNow Platform Development and ServiceNow Pre-Sales Solution Consulting.
