IT Senior Manager

Join our team as an IT Senior Manager at Aretum, a leading government contracting company specializing in technology-enabled mission support services. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the IT operations and infrastructure for our clients in the government sector. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient and secure IT systems and services.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the design, implementation, and management of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Manage and lead a team of IT professionals.
• Ensure the security and integrity of IT systems and data.
• Provide strategic guidance and support to senior leadership on IT matters.
• Develop and implement IT policies, procedures, and best practices.
• Manage IT projects and initiatives, including budget and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement IT solutions.
• Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the IT industry.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT management or related roles.
• Strong knowledge of IT systems and infrastructure.
• Experience managing and leading IT teams.
• Excellent communication and leadership skills.
• Proven ability to develop and implement IT strategies and solutions.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Knowledge of government contracting and compliance requirements.
