About The Role:

As a Data Engineer at VentureWell you will design and build data infrastructure to ensure the integrity, alignment, and accessibility of information to our staff. We are looking for a colleague who enjoys learning about the goals of their colleagues and envisioning the upstream data structures to make that possible.To be successful in this role you must enjoy working collaboratively, thinking strategically and creatively, and have the ability to make clear connections between your work and equity and justice in the implementation of our programs. You excel at playing out technical scenarios, weighing risks & benefits of system changes and visualizing how data systems contribute to an organization’s success.

Responsibilities:

Data Infrastructure Development (60% of time)

• Identify, design and implement internal process improvements including:
