Your Impact to the role:

  • Manage the day-to-day Online operations of the online business, strategy execution, and innovation for the global eCommerce department (i.e., new website product features or functionality, project management, etc.)
  • Assist in the coordination and execution of digital channel marketing across SEM/SEO, email, SMS, etc.
  • Coordinate and distribute online strategic eCommerce cascades across markets; ensure global online strategy is being implemented across all channels
  • Work with the global marketing team and markets to create and implement global content storytelling, online promotions, and campaigns
  • Monitor website analytics and customer feedback to identify opportunities for improvement across all commercial channels
  • Stay up-to-date with eCommerce trends and best practices to maintain a competitive edge
  • Assist with the development and execution of strategies to drive online traffic and sales

Your impact in your first year:

  • Demostrate proficiency levearaging digital tools, identify & deliver on KPIs, identify trends to continuously improve online sale performance
  • Lead and coordinate comprehensive global eCommerce initiatives such as content & website enhancements, channel marketing, promotions, etc. that will help contribute in significant growth
  • Enhanced project management skills within cross-functional teams in our global, North America, and international markets

Physical Requirements:

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position on average of 7.5 hours/day.
  • Light to moderate lifting may be required.
  • While performing the duties of this job, the employee may be regularly required to stand, sit, reach, stoop, kneel, and operate a computer, telephone, and keyboard.

Requirements

WHO YOU ARE

You have:

  • 1+ Years of Experience Required in Consumer Insights

You can:

  • Manage multiple projects at once and excited about the eCommerce / Digital landscape

You possess:

  • Proven experience in eCommerce, preferably in a coordinator or similar role
  • Strong understanding of eCommerce platforms such as SalesForce
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven Project Management Skills
  • Strong Written and Verbal Communication Skills
  • Proactively make recommendations on process improvement and new ways of working
  • Ambition to learn more, with a curious mindset
  • Strong passion for the beauty industry
  • Out-of-the-box thinking with a Sky’s the Limit mentality
