The essence of the role

As our new ROLE you will:

The Creative Editor will handle the creation of the videos, including video editing, sound design, assembling clips, editing videos and audio. This role ensures that the final video product is polished and cohesive.

• Edit video footage to create a cohesive final product.
• Add sound design, music, and other audio elements.
• Ensure videos are polished and professional.
• Collaborate with the Creative Designer to maintain a consistent visual style.
• Stay updated with new editing techniques and software.
• Tailor video editing style and tone to match specific project goals and target audience.
• Communicate effectively with team members to ensure project specifications are met.

Who are you?

In order to contribute in this role you have:

• Proven experience as a Video Editor or similar role.
• Proficiency in industry-standard video editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro).
• Strong portfolio showcasing video editing skills and creativity.
• Excellent understanding of video editing principles and techniques.
• Ability to create compelling narratives through editing.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
• Attention to detail and a keen eye for visual and audio elements.
• Ability to work on multiple projects simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Stay up-to-date on new design software and technologies, and readily learn new tools when needed.

• Deliver high-quality edited videos that are technically sound, visually appealing, and meet project specifications.
• Effectively utilize editing techniques (transitions, pacing, sound design) to create a clear and engaging narrative flow.
• Tailor video editing style and tone to match the specific project goals and target audience.
• Maintain proficiency in industry-standard video editing software.
• Effectively edit videos in various styles and formats.
