Experienced Senior CRA - Belgium

Liam Newton has partnered with an established business based in Belgium who are looking to expand on their highly experienced Clinical Operations team.

This company is split into having lots of smaller teams, meaning they can focus more on quality, rather than quantity. This has resulted in the team members gaining promotions in a shorter space of time. Last year, they promoted over 50% of their entire CRA team.

They work across a variety of therapeutic areas, so there is a lot of flexibility in which area of focus you have. With this position being so senior, you take on a lot of mentorship responsibilities, helping you fast track your progression.

Responsibilities:

-All CRA responsibilities from site selection to close out.

-Monitoring of sites within Belgium.

-Mentorship responsibilities of junior team members.

Requirements

-1.5+ years' CRA experience.

-BSc or higher in life sciences related field.

-Fluency in Flemish, French and a professional proficiency of English.

-Ability to conduct site visits.
