Staff Program Manager - Test Operations

We’re searching for a Program Manager to join Aurora’s Test Operations team. The test operations team is responsible for testing and operationalizing autonomy capabilities and tooling that are integral to the Aurora driver and to the commercial operation.

In this role, you will:

• Represent operations while partnering with product and engineering to help develop requirements and roadmap for future needs in collaboration with adjacent teams.
• Collaborate closely with engineering, product, policy leads, operations, and triage on technical matters to ensure the team’s work is aligning to broader organizational development.
• Track progress, resolve dependencies, evaluate risks and communicate status to upper management and project stakeholders, and engage and energize the project teams to achieve aggressive goals.
