The Team:

The Celonis Value Engineering (VE) team is focused on managing the entire customer value lifecycle, from sales through value realization, renewal and expansion. As a Senior Value Engineer - India, your primary focus will be supporting our GCC's (Global Competency Centers) across the Adopt and Expand phases of our customer value journey. This team will be a part of the Global VE CoE spearheading our mission of data-driven business transformation with our customers.

You will blend deep process and industry expertise with a proven consulting skill set with strong analytical skills at the forefront of one of the fastest-growing tech companies worldwide.

Key Responsibilities:

โ— Collaborate with GCC customers in India to uncover their core business challenges and determine how Celonis can help them achieve their business objectives

โ— Provide support to other regions, including APAC, to establish and cultivate foundational accounts.

โ— Build strong relationships with our customers by winning their trust through technical, product expertise, and business acumen to act as a trusted advisor.

โ— Collaborate and share customer insights & feedback with internal Product and Engineering teams to influence product innovation

โ— Create re-usable collateral, best practices & tools within the Global VE Center of Excellence and feed them back to the regional Value Engineering team

โ— Conduct ROI analysis and develop business cases to quantify the potential benefits of implementing Celonis solutions.

The work youโ€™ll do Professional Experience

โ— 5+ years of relevant pre-sales, customer success, strategy consulting, or related experience in with a focus in (industry} required;

โ— 1-2 years of experience with Celonis or process mining tools is a plus

โ— Hold a Master's/Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Business, Finance, or Engineering

โ— Deep understanding of business processes across various industries, with experience in process optimization and automation.

โ— Have a technical bent of mind; knowledge or hands-on experience in SQL, Python is a plus

โ— Exhibit strong analytical skills, capable of interpreting data, identifying trends, and drawing actionable insights.

โ— Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner.

โ— Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.

Identify & Frame Value

โ— Discover and translate customersโ€™ strategic priorities into high-impact Celonis use cases

โ— Build demos and business cases, leveraging industry benchmarks and best practices in order to win new customers

โ— Undertake Value Assessments or Proof-of-Value Projects and communicate the value opportunity and strategic roadmap to C-Level executives

Realize Value

โ— Facilitate business value workshops and use Celonis to identify and qualify opportunities for process enhancement

โ— Derive improvement measures in core business functions and initiate improvement actions and enterprise-wide change initiatives

โ— Present results and realized value to senior management and C-level executive Scale Value

โ— Build a strategic expansion roadmap for customers embedding Celonis EMS as a strategic business transformation platform in their organization and therefore drive adoption and expansion

โ— Provide feedback to our product development teams to enhance the Celonis platform and Apps based on new use cases

The qualifications you need:

โ— Value Selling Methodology: You have advanced knowledge and experience following the Celonis value selling methodology alongside the customer journey: including discovery, qualification, value assessment and PoVโ€™s, and demonstrate the full value potential of Celonis

โ— Product Expertise: You are an expert in guiding the customerโ€™s IT team throughout their journey, demonstrating hands-on the power of Celonis and accelerating value realization by building dashboards, Apps, Action Flows

โ— Value Realization: You have advanced knowledge and expertise in identifying and prioritising use cases, implementing improvement measures and becoming a change agent for the customer by establishing an operating model and training users for the customer to realize value and renew/expand their subscription with Celonis

โ— Project Management: You are able to plan and manage project scope, expectations and timelines. You will need to manage multiple projects across your aligned accounts that will be at different parts of the value journey. Also, you will leverage partners from the Celonis Ecosystem wherever possible.

โ— Executive Stakeholder Management: Proven experience in preparing and communicating results to stakeholders and management, both internally and externally.

โ— Domain Expertise: Leverage your advanced business domain expertise, such as in Finance or Supply Chain as well as strategic transformation initiatives (e.g. Shared Services Transformation or System Transformation) and build a compelling value roadmap for the customer

โ— Industry Expertise: You have advanced industry expertise and a proven ability to develop a deep understanding of industry trends and strategic opportunities of the C-Suite and build an integrated Celonis roadmap
