The Role

As a Senior Consultant, Celonis Process Management (CPM), you lead our agile project teams to accelerate our customers’ digital transformation and drive Celonis’ international expansion. You identify our customers’ strategic priorities and lead your project team towards successful SaaS projects in process management and management systems, such as strategic system transformations to ensure that customers receive maximum value.. You will become an expert in all kinds of company processes such as Finance, Order Management, Procurement, Warehouse Management, Customer Service, Production, e-Commerce, Opportunity Management, Supply Chain Management. You leverage the newest features and functionalities of Celonis Process Management (CPM), such as seamlessly integrated KPIs from Process Mining, and Artificial Intelligence.

The work you’ll do:

• Lead and drive the implementation process while delivering exceptionally high levels of service to ensure the optimal solution for our customers with our Celonis technology with focus on Celonis Process Management (CPM)
• Apply your experience in businesses and organizations of all sizes to help our customers to improve their process management the overall efficiency of the business
• Leverage best practices to redesign processes, optimizing efficiency and effectiveness
• Enable customers to model and manage their processes in Celonis Process Management (CPM)
• Set the foundation of the path to value to make the long-term customer success journey happen

The qualifications you need:

• Min. 3 years working experience in IT-Consulting, Management Consulting, Business Process Management, Process Improvement or a similar area
• Business Process Management (BPM): In-depth knowledge of BPM solutions and their application in optimizing business processes. Familiarity with other BPM tools and technologies is a plus.
• Business Intelligence (BI) Solutions: Experience with BI tools such as Qlik, PowerBI, Tableau, or similar platforms is a plus.
• Strong communication skills in German and English and enjoy interacting with various customers to understand and interpret business processes
• You are very dedicated and visionary and want to actively drive our Celonis technology with focus on Celonis Process Management (CPM)forward
• Excellent analytical skills, well organized and known for being a quick learner
• Successfully completed your studies in Business Informatics, Computer Science, Information-oriented Business Administration/ Economics, Mathematics or a comparable degree program
