What's the Role?

The Appointment Setter role is perfect for individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to drive revenue growth. As an Appointment Setter, you'll be the first point of contact for potential small business clients, responsible for generating and qualifying leads, and setting up meetings for our senior sales team.This is a remote position exclusively for US-based candidates, offering the freedom and flexibility to work from anywhere within the country on a 1099 contract. Enjoy the convenience of setting your own schedule, working in your preferred environment, and achieving a work-life balance that suits you. You’ll be responsible for:

  • Conducting initial outreach via phone to identify potential small business clients.
  • Qualifying leads based on their needs and fit with Glow’s offerings.
  • Scheduling meetings for Senior Account Executives to close deals.
  • Maintaining detailed records of your interactions and lead status in our CRM.

You’ll be a good fit if you:

  • The ideal candidate will have at least 1 year of sales experience (e.g., call centers, door-to-door sales, or similar).
  • We value drive and personality, so we are open to diverse backgrounds and those interested in developing a career in sales.
  • Are excited to be on the cutting edge of technology and process, working with our in-house developed software..Are highly organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated.
  • Have excellent communication skills and a knack for problem-solving.Are able to work effectively in a remote, fast-paced environment.

Requirements:

  • Computer Setup: Must have a fully functional computer with a headset for clear communication.
  • Work Environment: A quiet and secure office room is required to ensure productivity and confidentiality.
  • Internet Connection: Reliable and fast internet connection is essential; please be ready to provide a recent speed test result.
