Summary

Morgan & Morgan is seeking a Staff Accountant in our Memphis, TN office who will be responsible for all areas relating to financial reporting. The Staff Accountant is responsible for developing and maintaining accounting principles, practices and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial statements. The Staff Accountant will have contact with senior-level Attorneys and the firmโ€™s Chief Financial Officer which requires strong interpersonal communication skills both written and verbal. This person would also be handling the day-to-day case accounting. Trust deposits & disbursements, handling case staff accounting needs, expense report reimbursements, dealing with vendors directly, reconciling vendor statements and can support bank reconciliations, AP, Deposit verification, Check Voids, etc.
