The Sales Admin Associate is responsible for guiding prospective manufacturers to the Xometry Partner Network through the multi-step vetting and onboarding process, answering questions along the way, and setting the prospective manufacturer up for a productive relationship with Xometry.
They will leverage interpersonal skills, diligent task management, and various technologies to ensure perspectives understand the full value of joining Xometry’s Partner Network.
What You Will Do:
- Ensure all incoming Partner requests and concerns are resolved in an urgent, professional, and personable manner
- Ensure onboarding pre-work is properly completed through a combination of self-directed work and administrative support
- Utilize Salesforce to respond to Partner inquiries, Google Sheets for funnel tracking
- Monitor select social media channels to identify prospective partners and conduct research to do outreach and follow-up
- Comfortable cold-calling prospects
