What you will do

  • Design and execute robust marketing strategies to drive brand awareness and performance.
  • Create engaging cross-channel content to acquire customers.
  • Educate our customers through targeted marketing campaigns and growth experiments.
  • Establish KPIs, monitor performance and analyze metrics to measure marketing efficacy.
  • Educate customers and prospects on how to succeed with Mamo across channels.
  • Build and maintain frameworks that map our value proposition to customer personas.
  • Craft compelling copy across all marketing channels (ads, website, blogs, email, social media).
  • Manage and automate communication, measurement and analysis, and manage online presence.
  • Execute strategy and improve performance across marketing/sales funnel stages.
  • Develop and optimize paid ad strategies (including PPC, display, video, remarketing).
  • Optimize our website and oversee CRO campaigns.
  • Lead end-to-end social media account management.
  • Oversee SEO efforts
  • Develop video strategies in collaboration with agencies (ideation, implementation etc.)
  • Ideate ad campaigns or manage creative agency partners.
  • Manage freelancer and agency partners (creative, video, SEO).
  • Own the end-to-end process for generating testimonials and case studies.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to inform strategic decisions.

What we’re looking for

  • Insanely good copywriting skills (non-negotiable)
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Highly organized with strong project management skills.
  • 2+ years of experience and technical expertise with CRM marketing, data, analytics, and paid ad platforms (Google, Meta, etc).
  • 2+ years of B2B marketing experience.
  • 2+ years of experience with Data & Analytics tools.
  • Strong data analysis and attribution skills.
  • Proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking Arabic is a plus.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML/CSS is a plus.
