What impact will you make?

As a Professional Services Consultant, you are a leader in delivering business consultancy engagements with customers, performing as the expert of the Bizzdesign Solution Suite, serving as a trusted advisor in the areas of architecture and Bizzdesign solution best practices, and managing customer projects to drive deliverables within the project timeframe.

You are part of an international professional services (PS) team within the Customer Success Organization (CSO), located all over the globe, primarily concentrated in the US, UK, Germany, Australia, and the Netherlands (HQ). The PS team provides training, consulting, expertise, and value support to ensure our platform solves critical business challenges. The overall CSO mission is to optimize and grow customer value.

The CSO consulting team supports this mission by successfully executing from the definition of best practices, with successful post-sale onboarding, implementation of new customers, follow-through with pro-active “challenger” consultative engagement, and development of the customer value. All of which result in strong satisfaction, software, retention, and revenue growth within our existing customer portfolio, while ensuring optimal scalability, efficiency, and productivity.

Service delivery:

  • Working as a team to deliver business and technical services, spanning strategic guidance, mentoring, workshop facilitation, training, and “hands-on” product deliverables.

  • Ensuring highly effective and productive collaboration with customer key stakeholders and internal experts to drive the right expertise.

  • Focusing on managing deliverables, meeting deadlines, and proactively managing risks and challenges.

Value execution:

  • Ensuring the continued double-digit growth of Bizzdesign, through world-class expert consulting and customer success management, from successful sales support (e.g., commercial presentations, SoW creations) and implementation to new customers all the way to effective, pro-active customer development.

Best practices and Continuous improvement:

  • Leading, contributing, and continually improving our customer success best practices and product offerings, focusing on value delivery, customer satisfaction, and swift implementation.

What are we looking for?

Required Skills

  • You have at least 3 years of experience as a Solution Architect or a similar role.
  • Data Management: Expertise in working with spreadsheet data, including importing, and managing data within specialized tools.
  • Microsoft Excel: Advanced skills in Excel for data analysis, reporting, and automation.
  • Microsoft Visio: Solid understanding of diagramming and process mapping using a drawing solution, e.g., Lucid Chart, Draw.io, Visio, or similar.
  • Business Process Modeling: Certified in BPMN, TOGAF, and ArchiMate with strong capabilities in business process modeling and enterprise architecture.
  • You are a confident presenter and communicator.
  • You are a relationship builder, mentoring, and inspiring customers to success.
  • You have a “hands-on” and “roll-up-your-sleeves” collaborating supervisor attitude.
  • You have at least completed a Bachelor of IT or equivalent qualification.
  • You have the willingness to travel regularly and periodically to ensure a high degree of customer intimacy and engagement.

Desired Skills

  • Experience as a Developer, and knowledge of TypeScript/ JavaScript.
  • Scripting & Automation: Proficient in creating scripts for automation and data processing.
  • API Integration: Skilled in writing and executing API queries for data retrieval and integration.
  • Postman: Proficient in using Postman for API testing and development.
  • Microsoft Word & PowerPoint: Proficient in creating professional documents and presentations.
  • Modeling & Repository Management: Experience in consulting for a modeling tool with a repository, ensuring data integrity and proper configuration.

You will work remotely in a multinational team, with a focus on North America customers. Some travel may be required to our customer sites to provide training and consultancy support.
