Product Business Analyst

Responsibilities

• Be a connection point between the Regional team and local stakeholders, in order to make sure the right features/ products are built at the right time for the biggest business impact and strategic objectives of the company.
• Discusses and aligns with local teams in Vietnam to develop and launch the first in-house systems. Connects the Region team with Vietnam teams in terms of system requirements.
• Manages and coordinates test executions, for internal systems/ products built in the company.
• Coordinates with the Regional team to maintain delivery schedules of quality products.
• Coordinates with the Regional team to keep stable testing environments; supports other business owners in Vietnam for their testing; follows test process and facilitates QA activities with them closely.
• Establish analytical framework for your team: partner across stakeholders to define measurement approach, quantify and evaluate success, and develop KPIs and guide tracking efforts for ongoing measurement and reporting
• Tackle analytic projects: resolve ambiguity as much as possible in all stages, comfortably flex among various tools to answer questions, and accurately identify the trade-offs between speed and quality and apply or route work as necessary.
• Prioritize and execute what's important: prioritize for both speed and impact, and optimize for return by focusing on work output that scales well and is reusable.
• Maintain a culture of high quality output and customer service: effectively communicate at all levels, ensure that work gets done well and on time, respond effectively to unexpected obstacles and reallocate resource to get the job done

Requirements

• Working experience 1 years as Business Analyst, Project Management, Consulting, Corporate Strategy
• Distinctive analytical and mathematical competence
• Experience conveying key insights from complex analysis in summarized business.
• Having adequate knowledge of Microsoft Office is a must with advanced Excel skills and SQL skills
• Bachelor's degree, majoring in Information Business, Economics, Logistics, Mathematics or similar field
• Analytical mindset
• Good command in English
