Customer Success Manager
Customer success & support

  • Oversee client projects, propose new initiatives, create offers, and manage budgets.
  • Ensure client satisfaction, handle escalations, and drive customer success.
  • Identify and acquire new clients through proactive research, outreach, and strategic initiatives.
  • Participate in pitches and public tenders to showcase our offerings and secure new business.
  • Collaborate with the team to write formal contracts, ensuring accuracy and compliance.
  • 5+ years experience in account or customer success management, or a related role.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships and effectively engage with clients.
  • Great English and German command, both in writing and speaking.
  • Well-developed teamwork and communication skills.
  • Proactive and self-motivated, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Familiarity with budget planning and offer creation.
  • Bachelor's degree (or higher) in business, marketing, or a related field (preferred).
  • Technical background.
  • Experience with Content Management Solutions and Digital Experience Platforms.
  • Experience with Drupal.
  • International / intercultural work experience.
