We are currently hiring for a Product Developer, who will be integral to driving high-level performance across Lovehoney Group. Partnering directly with the Product Development team, your focus will be on sourcing and developing the best quality products for our customers, whilst ensuring targets are met.

What you will do

• Own and manage multiple projects to ensure end to end process flow – work with the wider product team to identify opportunities, build business cases that meet stakeholder sign off and deliver final products to brief.
• Work closely with suppliers on new developments, alongside multiple internal teams, to ensure the quality, cost and packaging of product is all complete to meet the critical path.
• Work with the Quality and Compliance teams to identify any risks and ensure corrective action plans are in place, whilst ensuring on-time delivery.
• Delivery of the new launch process and appropriate product training for the wider business, ensuring the ongoing engagement of key stakeholders.
• Continuous review of our brands to allow optimisation of products and categories.

What you should bring

• Background in product development with at least 3 years' experience working with product
• Excellent attention to detail and the ability to prioritise workload
• Able to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication skills as well as strong IT skills, specifically experience with databases
