Due to our continued growth, we’re looking to hire an engaged and passionate Junior Customer Success Manager (CSM) to join our thriving, remote-based Customer Success team.
As a Junior CSM, your focus will be on driving customer satisfaction and success, ensuring our customers achieve their desired outcomes and continue to grow with our products. You will support customer onboarding, activation, adoption, expansion, and retention efforts.
The ideal candidate will be an excellent communicator, collaborating with the Marketing and Sales teams while working closely with the Product and Engineering teams. You should excel at building strong relationships, possess a creative and analytical mindset, and ideally have experience in customer success or a related field in a fast-paced, agile environment.
